We are the first and largest private healthcare network in Angola.
Clínica Sagrada Esperança has in its genesis one of the basic principles of the great and powerful Diamang: workers are the most important capital of a company! The Association of Exploration and Production Companies of Angola (ACEPA) has recognised us for the quality services we have provided to the oil industry for over 20 years.

Therefore, it had always provided all its staff with a vast health network, which it managed autonomously, and which covered practically the entire province of Lunda, where, of course, most of its staff settled, as it was also the its main intervention network.

This health network that Diamang made available to its workers, from the top to the base, provided all medical and drug assistance totally free of charge. With a Health Center with more than 200 beds, it was the second largest health institution in Angola, being the first in the private sector.

In 1990, Engineer Noé Baltazar, then President of Endiama, proposed the creation of a clinic in Luanda, with a dual function: treating the sick and taking care of employees' children in a nursery-school. What was intended, from the outset, was to actively participate in the social humanization that was already becoming crucial.
